Nature & Scope of Advice
OPEN Financial Coaching Limited provides advice and guidance in relation to:

Financial coaching and financial wellbeing

Cashflow and lifestyle sustainability

Long-term financial planning and retirement modelling
-
Investment strategy, managed fund structure advice (including KiwiSaver) and investment product recommendations

We do not provide specific advice on:

Personal insurance (life, trauma, income protection, health)

Mortgages or lending

Legal or accounting services (including wills and estate planning)
Fees & Remuneration
OPEN operates on a fee-for-service basis.
Fees may include hourly or fixed fees agreed with you in advance.
Coaching:

Initial session (1.5–2 hours): $300 (GST inclusive)

Further sessions (1 hour): $300 each
Money Life Plan package:

Includes initial 1.5-2 hour coaching session (as above), planning & analysis using Voyant software, plan presentation/discussion session, adjustments and scenario planning: $1,500
Investment advice:
-
Agreed in advance depending on scope and requirements
OPEN does not receive commissions, incentives, or volume-based payments from any product providers.
Conflicts of Interest
OPEN is not aligned to any financial product provider. OPEN’s remuneration is derived solely from the fees we charge our clients.
Your interests are our priority and we don’t have any commercial relationships or contractual arrangements that present any conflicts of interest.
Any potential conflicts of interest that arise will be disclosed and managed in accordance with our Conflicts of Interest Policy.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our coaching or advice services, please tell us so we can address the problem. Please email us at hello@open.net.nz or phone 021 664 676. Any complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and recorded in our register. We will investigate the complaint and seek to resolve it within 10 business days.
If we cannot resolve the issue, or if you decide not to use our internal complaints process, you can contact Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL). FSCL are an independent, not-for-profit external resolution scheme and are recognised as a financial ombudsman service. FSCL’s service does not cost you anything and they will help resolve the complaint.

OPEN and its key personnel adhere to and demonstrate the highest professional ethical standards. Neither the company nor any personnel have ever been subject to any criminal, civil, or professional body disciplinary action.
